This policy explains refunds for purchases made through cyberadvisoryllc.com.

Digital documents

Our document Templates are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Because they can be downloaded and copied right away, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed.

When we will make it right

We stand behind our work. If any of the following happen, contact us through our contact form within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the issue or issue a refund:

• You were charged more than once for the same item.
• The file is missing, corrupted, or will not open.
• You received the wrong document.

If you have not yet downloaded your purchase, contact us and we can cancel and refund it.

Advisory services

Consulting and advisory engagements are handled under a separate agreement, and this policy does not apply to them.

How to request a refund

Submit our contact form with your order email and a short description of what went wrong. We aim to respond within a few business days.
